Pool deck leveling
Starboard View Dr in Friendswood
I have a 24" wide concrete pool deck with a pea gravel surface, approx 30 years old. About 50% of the length of the deck has sunk/settled on the outside edge of the deck, thus causing the inside edge to raise up just a bit above the coping. There are 3 cracks total in the perimeter of the deck, and one section between two of the cracks has sunk the most. I will be able to repair those cracks myself once the sections are all at the same level again. I have already had a couple of concrete raising estimates given, but both of them said that because the width of the deck was only 24", that when they injected the slush under the slabs, it would raise the entire slab, and not just the outside edges. I wanted to see if because you inject foam rather than a concrete slurry, if it would be possible to inject in a way that would only raise the outside edge. I filmed a short video that shows the entire pool, as well as close-ups of the outer perimeter, the cracks, and the gap between the coping and the deck in the affected area. The deep end of the pool has a perfect gap still and won't need any work. This is a link to the video on you tube if it might be helpful in determining if you feel your company could do this job or not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ads3XmC6xM&sns=em I am completely rehabbing the backyard (just bought the house a few years ago) and have several projects that will butt up to the edge of the pool deck that can't be completed until I have the deck at its final height. So please excuse all of the little construction looking areas around the pool in the video.

Merriewood Dr. in Friendswood
The section of my driveway at the street is cracked in half and one corner has dropped about 2 inches recently. It's about a 8' x 8' triangle that has cracked away. I also have one corner of my garage that is sinking. My neighbor needs two sections of his driveway leveled as well. His are about 12' squares. He said if I found someone to come bid, he would like a bid as well. His address is 1216 Merriewood Dr, Friendswood, TX, 77546. We're guessing our 29 year old oak trees are the source of our problem.
